Working with candidates, we keep them informed of opportunities in the market, assist with resume updates plus changes and salary and benefit trends.
THE PROCESS:
Through listening and asking questions we build a description of the need. Research professionals are given the assignment and talent recruitment begins. After interviewing the talent, we determined the best fit, and submit viable candidates for the opportunity. We track the process by answering questions, assisting in interview scheduling and delivering offers.
Our goal is a minimum of 3 candidates for each opportunity within 3 weeks of the assignment that match 85% of the skill set and experience requested, in the salary perimeters set who are motivated by the opportunity.
